Any request received after 5 PM on business days or during the weekend will not be reviewed until the next business day.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation of your order before the shipping process begins. If you wish to cancel after we have already shipped your order, you should do so at the time of delivery. Please refuse the delivery and inform us.
Once delivered, you have the flexibility to exchange or return the order, following our standard 28-day return policy.
